Default Lost Board - St. Pete Beach

Well... my first downwinder of the season and I lost my freakin board  Hit blinds pass over powered and off came the board in a breaker. Walked the beach for about an hour to no avail.

I had my name and number on it at some point but I'm pretty sure it's worn off. Anyways... It's a Liquid Force Drop '05 blue on bottom white on top. Nothing to lose any sleep over but it is my only board. Prob need to replace it anyway but out of work and not sure how I'm gonna swing that right now.

If anyone has a board they wanna get rid of for about $100, that's about my limit right now...

...and all this wind for the next few days

Thanks
Kevin

Hey Kevin, your board washed up at pass-a-grill on Friday around 5 PM. Since everyone was packing up, a cute blond kite girl took it and said she would drop it at Watersports West.

Good news, I know the feelling as many, I lost one last year , but had my name on it and a guy at the Tradwinds found it and called me.., Keep your name on all your boards they sell this orange stuff for marking metal matrial it wont come off, can find it at any automotive store, the word reward will help as well.

Default Thanks Alex!!!

Picked up my board tonight! Whoohoo!!

I just wanna say how spectacularly fantastic the kiteboarding community here has remained to stay. It's grown so much in the past few years and I've been skeptical at times as to what might happen to the inherent comradery. Something too often rare in life. And yet something that can be expected amongst kiters here locally!

Thankfully my board ended up in a kiter's hands! Thanks Alex!!!

Kevin

Default easy way to mark your board

i put a 8" strip of packing tape on the top deck

i write my name and phone number on that

i put another 8" piece of packing tape on top of that

you just peel it off when you sell your board

tape has never come off on any of my 100' high jumps
