I'm shopping for a kite but don't know what I need yet. I'm completely new to the sport. I'll have a trainer kite next week.

Which one of the above would be the best for a moderately small girl just starting out?

(I'd prefer to give my money to forum members)

go for some bow kites, like the Cabrinha Crossbow, or Cabrinha, Switchblade.
really good kite to learn on

you will learn so much faster with a bow kite, then on a C kite

I will have my 12 meter switchblade for sale soon, once i get it repaired... i'll sell it to you at a good price if you want it.

Kev,

Technochick's real name is Karen Sipe. She worked with me at my old job. Cool chick! She drives either a crotch rocket or a small red sports car and has short blond hair. Help her out if you see her, she is a very good person and definitely will do well after a lesson or two...

I have a brain, that's how.

More depower=easier.

1000's of testimonials on how easy they are, they must be easier. People will be less intimidated by a kite they can depower a whole lot.

Has Karen been to the beach before? I've seen a girl taking lessons out there that was blonde...
