its a modified clamcleat w/ a bottom attachment hinge.. its quite crafty.. check out the eclipse website.. videos and pics..

would be cool to see the cleat sold seperately for other single lined depower loops.

seems the dual lines w/ stopper is a great rig as well and seems easier to replace and adjust on the fly.

then again.. who the hell needs a stopper? :P

The dual line stopper is nice... yesterday I could jump, slide the stopper into position at the top of the jump, do a dead man or board off, then push the bar out with one hand to release the stopper before landing.

You could probably do that with this new cleat too. Can you release it by pulling/pushing the bar or do you have to smack it?

Also do you use two front lines for full depower (like the waroos, etc) or do you release on a 4th line as a safety? Seems like this kite would be a good candidate for a 5th line (since it's more of a hybrid/swept C)
