Ft. Myers or Sanibel area questions

Hi-

I need some help/advise. I'm interested in any schools or instructors in the Ft. Myers or Sanibel area. I just started snowkiting and want to learn kitesurfing. I will be in that area in the middle of April. I found the school in St.Pete but that is a couple hours away. Any thoughts would be great.

Hello Lyle,

Just got back from out of town and have been somewhat out of touch. Anyway, Roy Massy of Ace Performer is the FKA AC for Ft. Meyers and Sanibel and is a good guy to get in touch with about kiteboarding in the area over there. As I recall he was one of the first instructors to use a chase boat to escort and coach students during lessons in Florida.

Are there any shops in the Naples or Fort Myers aria that sell spleene boards? I need some parts for my 154x44 Spleene door on monday moring.

I have no idea about boards in stock over there. I would PM latino to see if he might have parts. Otherwise there is Ace Performer in Ft. Myers. If these two outfits don't have want you want you might be able to get it fedex'd in from Extreme Kites in St. Augustine.
