2008 Keys Kite Challenge
Here we go!!!!
Sometime this spring, kiteboarders will race an unprecedented 85 miles over some of the most intriguing shoreline in all the world. The Islamorada Sandbar to Key West.... she's live... www.keyskitechallenge.com and registration is OPEN!!!
The only thing that might change is the first possible start date... The Keys Kite Riders, The Otherside and Seven are tentatively planning a 20 mile poker run downwinder on the weekend of the 29th. Stay tuned for that fun run. It looks like it will be on that weekend regardless of the conditions. As for the www.keyskitechallenge.com, remember...everyone will not be racing...many will take the Challenge just to do this incredible run from Islamorada to Key West. If you just want to do it and don't have a boat, registration is limited so sign up soon.
