 They picked a great night for the party  The new retail shop was in full operation showing off lots of kiteboarding, windsurfing, wetsuit, indoboard and other fun stuff. That is Dan at the counter helping Bruno. Dan came all the way down from OBX to run the Adventure Sports Store.   The show floor had been converted into a nightclub of sorts complete with fog machine, black & strobe lights, drink and food areas, a dance platform complete with pole?  Elliot Leboe hangs with Clarissa and Kent. Elliot has been shooting some hot kiting videography all over for the Upcoming Metropolis II video and other projects.  Susi Mai and Todd. Todd told me about a rescue he pulled off a while back, now destined for the Way To Go forum.  Neil and Nicci. Neil Hutchenson brought down some new Slingshot gear to show off during the party.  There was a full house with about 150 people showing up for the party  Andre Phillip, Jessie and Mike  Susi sporting some new Red Bull jewelry  Damien spells Dan at the register as Julie Simsar looks on from the flat screen   Sharon, Katrina and Ann  Todd and Ann go at foosball  Clarissa in the mist. Photography in the fog was a bit dodgy. I later learned that the machine puts out some oil that makes walking close to it pretty tricky.  Lonny and Katrina, Jessie in the back  Mike of The Kitehouse and friend  This is what happens when you use rude gestures? Actually, Nick suffered a nasty spiral fracture when his kite leash wrapped around his finger in a handle pass gone wrong. Operation is coming up, good luck.   Kent, being the bashful guy that he is arranged for an ecdysis demonstration to help fill out the evening's entertainment. He actually braved some of the nether dens of nighttime Miami on a talent search with Garry Menk and Jon Modica. Looks like they were successful.  Here she is,Sam, warming up in Cabrinha mufti  The folks come down front for the show   More comfy now    Although the theme was stripping, not all that much came off, no more than you might see at the beach. We're not talking SoBe either!  Kent steps up and assumes the position    Heidi, Nicci and Ali move into it   Alex and Chris go for equal time on stage. Neil kept trying to put together a follow up act. Wonder if it ever came together?  Kent just announced he is throwing his hat in the ring for the presidential election, the crowd goes wild and Jessie starts a drive for the necessary green. Thanks to all the folks that worked hard to make the party a reality. Sure was fun!

Party With The Pros
Thanks for the photos Rick, great narration, after all that hard work, you should have posted a photo of yourself with Elliot and Neil, I know you have some........definitely great party, all I can remember is that there was plenty of beer and when the keg ran out Kent and Gary magicially produced more!

Kent just sent me an email asking if I had some more risque images from the party. Well as a rule, yes. Going back through them and doing only a little photoshopping, here goes ...
 Reminds me of getting out of a tight wetsuit.    Discussing foreign policy and the roots of inflated gas prices   Nite! I left early, at midnight and so missed even more reveling events that happened later on. I think some guy from Ft. Lauderdale was involved but am not quite sure. It is likely no one caught it on camera, which may be a good thing!

Actually, Paula was right there throughout and seemed to be having a good time as well. I didn't see her come close to dinging Kent even once. So, he must have been a good boy.
