Default CRANDON / FOWEY race maintained SUNDAY 2nd

we are still up for a sunday race ( tomorrow) .
WInd forecasts confirm an ESE flow AT 15 KTS increasing gradually TO 18 +. Which is the perfect direction to Fowey.

RIDERS MEETING : 10 AM at the registration Blue Tent on the beach.
START : 11 am. starting procedures will be explain on the beach.
As well as poinst system for the futur race each month as we said. remember we will award 4 categories : men - women - Youth (under18) - Senior ( over 45).

ENTRY FEE : $30 in cash preferably,( no checks) to speed up registration process , as you will ba asked to sign in a waiver too .

The Kiteshop will bring a bunch of boards for demo, they will gladly lend them to any riders who want to try a new ride...especially for the race.
Just bring a Credit card though to leave a deposit - just in case.

WILL PUT a BBQ on the beach , available for all riders after the race . Based on BYOF = help yourself.
We will also have a cooler full of ...Ice, water and sodas. Up to u to fill-it in with more stuffs.

ONCE AGAIN AS A REMINDER:

- EACH PARTICIPANT MUST SIGN-OUT AND RETURN THE RACE STREAMER IMMEDIATELY AFTER FINISHING. (To track who is back & who is not !)

- if you plan on continuing to ride in Crandon: YOU MUST SIGN-IN THE DAILY RIDER SHEET AND GET THE USUAL STREAMER ( (with a valid Insurance or daily pass ).

- 25 KITES CAN ONLY BE ON THE WATER AT A TIME ! you know that already in Crandon.
PLEASE , Make our job easier= be compliant . and DO NOT GET DRAG OR TACK IN THE SWIMMERS ZONE. THIS WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE EXPULSION AND DISQUALIFY FOR THE RACE.

THERE WILL BE NO TOLERANCE IN SUCH ONSHORE AND STRONG WIND ON A SUNDAY !
Let's keep the lifeguards quiet.

See you tomorrow.
