Full Time Sales Manager Position

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Sales of kiting gear within the store, on the phone, as well as e-commerce sales of kiting gear and related products. Other responsibilities include updating products in our online store, helping maintain inventory, demoing and reviewing gear, as well as helping out with most daily shop "ongoings".

The Sales manager will exhibit professionalism and follow through with each customer in the following areas:

-educating the consumer on various products
-assisting in the selection of products appropriate to their needs
-processing orders
-packing and shipping
-handling any questions and concerns once items are received
-warranty issues

Required Skills

-interpersonal communication skills. For both oral (phone) and text (emails) interactions.
-experience and knowledge of kiteboarding (reasonable kiting skills and time on the water are necessary. No, you don't have to be a pro)
-computer skills; some knowledge of basic website design is preferable
-ability to multitask (this is a biggie! )

Working with Daryl and Kristin (and Rob) has been great; however, I miscalculated my basic make-up towards retail, it's not my personal style. Someone who knows that they enjoy retail and loves kiting would be hard pressed to find a better place to work, though. I can guarantee that.
