It is impressive to look at but I understand that waterspouts that survive to turn into destructive tornados on land are fairly rare. The last good one that I can recall to blitz through Ft. Lauderdale happened in the 1970's. There may have been others but they don't appear to be that common. So, I wouldn't lose sleep over this threat. Interesting clips though.
