stolen gear
Hi Chris, it was good meeting you at the Key West Visitor center, I will keep a look out for your gear and let you know if I see any of it. Good luck.

I am very sorry this happened Chris, I hope you get your gear back. I ask all the folks out in the kiting community particularly in Miami-Dade
and Broward Counties to please keep an eye out for this gear, at local shops, on Ebay and Craig's list. Who knows they might even go to some of the local launch areas with it. It would be great if someone among us could help to reverse the wrong done to Chris and his girl friend here. Also, if you have a kite school or store in southeast Florida and can help out Chris and his girlfriend with some loaner gear in the interim, that would be outstanding! So, look around and please help if you can. Thank you!

Some more from kiteforum. The timing of the removal of the ad suggests this lead may be worth pursuing with Craig's List. I would guess they would like to discourage the sale of stolen merchandise through their site and may have a policy of helping to a degree.

Chris, there may have been a development. I sent an email to you this morning about it. Please get in touch with me once you review it.
