Ft Lauderdale in the morning?

I'm new in Ft Lauderdale and would like to ride in the morning before going to work as I'm working during the day
I live close to Atlantic Blvd
Does anyone ride in the morning, like from 7.am to 10.am?

I would talk to Neil at Tiki Beach in Ft. Lauderdale. He should be able to hook you up. Guys try to work things in around the office. Also, there are some boat crews berthed just to the west that probably like the odd dawn session.
