More from the shark dive with Stuart Cove ...

Redefines "incoming!"

Stage right, they do have nice eyes, just have to watch the teeth. Reminds me of something, hmmm ... what is it?

Heads or tails? Shark flipping.

Kinda thick in there

Here are some more, need to get cracking on the videos. Tricky, you will see why shortly.

Party/food fight starting to breakup. A straggler over swims the divers digging in the sand for discarded sharks teeth.

A Cove staffer lines up for shot, note the chain mail sleaves. An excellent idea for photographers swinging their arms around.

Got me. Didn't know you could smile past a regulator, live and learn. Keeping those parts in close, may want to use them later and not donate them to the feed.

Really do have nice eyes, water's thick with tiburons. Noticed the sharks liked to group up around the photographer almost as much as the bait bucket. Shark vanity?

The lure you are trying to identify is actually a battery powered light that connects to a deep drop rig. Its used when fishing in like 1000ft of water. When a fish gets caught its winched to the surface with an electric reel, often a shark will eat this easy meal on the way up and get caught up in the rig and the line will break...hence the picture

Thanks for the insight Chang, an illuminated downrigger lure then. For those that don't know it, Chang is the star aka shark feeder with the helmet cam of the new shark video short. Great job managing the dive, the sharks and some great camera perspectives! I will post a couple of questions to the more recent thread for you.
