yes sir!!!

Everyone I know has talked about doing it for years now. Few have actually done it. Nobody has raced it yet...that changes everything.

Everyone is very excited, sponsors are pouring in...

Registration will be open soon...

who's gonna win???

registration is OPEN!!!

www.keyskitechallenge.com

Remember, not everyone will be racing. For those who just want to take the Challenge to complete the incredible run, some boats will be provided on a first come first serve basis.

For those who are looking to win...get your boat together now as all kiters must be associated with a chase boat.

We did it with a 22ft Carolina DLV / 90 hp in 20+ SE. There are lots of kiters out there with boats...get talking now. And don't forget ground crew.

If you have questions give me a call 305-393-3883 or pm or email events@sevensports.com

RIDE ON!

I am dying to join! Don't want to race, just finish the ride. Don't have a follow up boat though. Can I tag along with a team?

Let me know if you're planning on going, we'll share boat costs etc.

It's going to be an amazing ride!!!!

that's the idea guys...we are encouraging teams...some shops, manufacturers, buddies whatever...

there are lots of guides down here...but you will have to pay them...if you split it up 4 or 5 ways (or more depending on the boat) it won't be too bad...

the best is to find kiters that have boats and just want to go...everyone can take turns at the helm...

whoa...very disappointed????

My goal here is to promote the sport in the Keys and stoke a bunch of riders...not disappoint anyone! I apologize for whatever I could have possibly done to disappoint you and "all" the local riders by finally organizing this all keys event. Please just let me know how you want to be involved and I'll put you guys to work right away...there's plenty to be done!
As stated above: call or pm me with questions.

As for your question, that depends on the day. One of our guidelines for the event is to not have it negatively effect anyone...ie launches, access etc... We can't have an event that is designed to promote the sport hurt the sport.
You made it pretty clear that there are growing issues with Smathers. We felt it would better to not involve the beach than to have any negative publicity or hurt your launch.

Anyway, before you or anyone gets disappointed, please call me and let me know what's up! Please be patient...the wind is up and we are slammed with lessons...spring break etc... 305-393-3883 or brad@sevensports.com or events@sevensports.com or 305-853-KITE or pm me.
