Default how small is too small

yall keep on sayin stuff about 12 and 13m kitse and how smaller is beter but i found a cheep 5m kite for cheep is that to small im a bout 130lbs and if itll work i wanna use my wakeboard because i cant afford anything besides the nesesities i think the wind is ok at my beach but im gunna b ridding at a lake to if that even works its got somekinda wind people windsurf up there

I weight 145 lbs and ride 16m and 18m "C" kites. When I went up north to Jersey I rode a 12m "C" kite.

just thought I'd share :shock:
