Default Lets ban kiting

By doing this. The swim area is out of bounds for kiting, this is common knowledge. Stay beyond 100 yards from shore in guarded areas.

This guy is riding way inside right in front of the lifeguards. Just saw this on the livecam. The lifeguard supervisor has said he through with dealing with us. The first accident or incident we could well be banned.

If you can't stay upwind from the out of bounds area in conditions then go to another location where you can.

Don't be a sea pest like sea lice that is a pain in the butt. Know your local rules, follow them and motivate others to do so. It is easy, restoring lost access can be much harder.
