I am used to the Miami station going down, seems to be more often than other stations in Florida too. The radar goes down a lot, perhaps too much. Anyway, I wrote it off to that. Seems they've changed the web address of some of their SE Florida info. I just updated the links in the Wx Resources stickie above this.

Yes, the Weatherunderground and Sunsentinel sites both repeat the NWS Marine Forecast. So if NWS is down you can see a version at either of these two sites. The downside may be how recent the forecast is, best to check the time at the top.
