Default Does anyone else's knees hurt after a session ?

I noticed that when I do alot of jumping (e.g. today) my knees will have this odd sensation for about 10 to 15 minutes after the session. Its particularly bad when it gets cold. Its not really painful, but just a bit annoying. In the interest of protecting my knees I have started adjusting my jumps so I land softer and stretch before and after each session. Does anyone else encounter this and if so, what advice do you have?

Sincerely yours,
The guy whose day job constantly gets in the way of what's important in life...kiting
