It is easy and in the FAQ's, just take the identification code, 10923196 in this case and place it between [vimeo*][/vimeo*] (WITHOUT the "*")

Took you at your word, that this dealt with trainer kites. A useful topic after all. Just watched the clip, such as it is, not sure what it deals with other than an attempt to promote this site? Good luck with that, anyway, decided to put it here as an aid to folks wanting to know how to embed videos.

Just trying to learn about web design and how different forums work. I used this clip because it is short and , yes , displays the proper way to fly a trainer kite!
PS I was also testing the "outro" feature that vimeo has, Look at the text that scrolls down, at the end of the vid, I have it set to link to my other sites, but it doesnt work. Vimeo claims its the forum admins that set this to happen, bit I've discovered it's in how the code translates.....tooo techie for me. right clicking seems to be a "fix". Thanks
