Simply follow the link in Toby's post to fill out an online repair ticket. Your repair is uploaded into our online ticket list and you are provided with a print out that has shipping instructions. Your online repair ticket will tell you when we receive your kite, gives you the repair due date, and a live status report of where your kite is in the repair process.
