Cool Paddleboarding the flats

Thanks Rick

Even though it has been a little light lately we have been staying busy. Running out to the flats and keys just south of Miami has opened our eyes to new no-wind activities. We load the boats with padddleboards, mask & fins, fishing poles, kites (just in case) and maybe a few beers, and head out to one of the numerous spots just 20 minutes from the marina. Or do a day long trip to Elliot Key.

So we thought we would open this up to the public and offer low cost trips on non windy days. Is a good way to spend a day, paddleboarding is fun in the shallows and you can ride almost any wave around. And when the wind comes up just a little it is very easy to get going and riding upwind with the paddleboards.

Of course when the wind comes up we are out there kiting these great flats. We have found so many new and fun sandbars this year, you gotta check them out.
