Glucosamine 1500mg/Ghondrotion1200mg works for me, it dose take some time to get in the system, had surgery on one of the Knees/still not the best but the Glucos seems to help. I am 47 and have been very active most of my life.

Does anyone else encounter this and if so, what advice do you have?
