College Kiteboarding Association Needs Help With Legal Filing

The call is going out for an US Attorney to help our up and coming kiters through the College Kiteboarding Association to complete their 501(c)(3) filing. Please pass this along.

We have completed the paperwork for Bylaws and Articles for Incorporatation along with the signed release of the CKA name by the founder. We have also elected a board, club representatives and have a website. We need to get the ball rolling ASAP for the upcoming school year and I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone can help us out (and quickly!). A few of us have agreed that we would cover the costs out of our own pockets if need be, but hoped that a promise of future work would be enough to attract someone to do the work pro bono.

Are there any US lawyers out there that can help?
