I was involved in this process with Gui. The owner of the store is a retired Deputy Sherrif and well versed with the law. He was very cool about the whole situation and didn't want a lawsuit from either side. Once docs were provided to him regarding Gui's board, the lady gave up. Seems we called her bluff and she folded her hand.
I wouldn't call him and bitch him out. He was very cool about everything.

David (the manager) was very cool with me and was really professional.
I think he did handle the situation very well. I'll get the police report soon. I might find some info about that BI@TCH To be continued.....
