Default Interesting free diving clip

Just came across an interesting video clip of some women free diving. There is some saltwater cream puff images early on however a bit later in the clip there are a number of monofin sequences. These seem to be swimming along a relay course? Using monofins efficiently isn't as easy or intuitive as it might seem. I think some of the divers are using pretty good swimming form with monofins. Of course, they don't look to bad while having at it either.

Reminds me of scenes of Jessica Alba in the movie "Into the Blue."

I see your point. It was an intriguing movie with lots of clear bluewater, always a personal favorite.

Just came across a compilation clip from the movie ...

I wonder how Jessica would do with a monofin, they're tough. Actually, I was really impressed with how they presented free diving in the flick. I thought it might actually promote folks to take a dive without tanks and see things in a different way. Free diving can sure demand a great deal more skill than SCUBA and return some unique experiences.
