No, it's more of a statement about the commercialism I've noticed increasing in the sport, especially within the last 6 to 12 months. I still remember the when I saw an image of a kitesurfer on a kid's fruit drink container. The sport is obviously no longer off the beaten path, but is now mainstream.
I did ride after work and go straight to Wendy's after riding though.
