Who is available to do a refresher lesson?

A guy who I work with that took a lesson a couple of years ago but never followed up and got up and riding. I suggested he do another lesson to get him back up to speed since I don't have time to go out with him right now to do it myself.

He asked me to ask for him on the forum which instructors are available right now to do a lesson.

So which of you guys are available?
