a Great Video of the Miami Kiteboarding Masters 2011 !

With almost or simply no wind on that weekend, we still have a great turn out on the saturday . As always, Each year everyone makes it down to Crandon anyway , there is always friends to chat with and something to... drink !

It was great to see such good energy and attendance from sponsors and riders, regardless of the poor wind forecasts. : the folks from Kiteboard for Cancer, The French Pro riders including Charlotte COnsorti World recordwoman, Damien Leroy, Matt Sexton and Alex Fox, Neil and his Crew, and all the SPonsors as each Year:
ASI/NPX who provided the Lycra for the race, Transcend who generously donated the Freestyle contest jerseys, TKS Miami, Fuacata, Starkites and many more. All allowed this type of events to happen in our community, so all my praises for those guys

This year we only run the SUP races ! thanks to Gary from Fuacata, Jimmy lewis distributor.
Team relay is the best way to entertain the crowd and riders. and it did.

BUT we still have 15 trophies to give away : Race, Freestyle, in all categories : men women, junior, pro amateur, senior etc...
This mean it is not over yet and we're not gonna let this go to waste: the event will have a FOLLOW UP : we have 7 months to send a 2nd Round before 2011 ends up ! so be ready for a short notice of Race, most likely in Fall .

No Big Deal though, let's forget this winter/spring 2011, definitely one of the worst season in a decade, and let's look at what's coming up.
Still i wish we could showthose Frenchies, invited just for the Event, what the conditions are in Florida when the warm wind comes in at 25 kts for 3 days !
