Mountain Biking
there a sweet trail in fort pierce just went out there today because the wind was light today. so much fun. yall should check out if your looking for a thrill post pictures soon as i get them. Its right by the turnpike off of virgina

Hey,
When the wind is not up, mountain bikeing is awesome for training, strengthening the legs. I have never riden the ft pierce trail but i heard it is awesome. Have you ever riden the trail Santos in Ocala, 50 miles of single track and some very chanenging red trails. Check it out. I spend a lot of time there during the summer. are there any web sites about the ft pierce trails, maps directions etc.?

Ocala has some SICK trails, campin' too. http://omba.org/ The Vortex is incredible, but bring lots of body armor and an extra 6 for Gary, he takes care of the place.
Lakeland area has Carter Park, as well as Alafia near Brandon. Contact Rayman for info, he may know of other south Fl. spots. http://www.ridgeriders.net/index.html http://redtrailracing.com/ Just remember that dirt is harder than water...
