Heading to Hood River / Gorge for a couple weeks
Anyone else going to be around that area the end of July/Early Aug?
let me know.. I cant take this no-wind sh*t!.. its blowing 35+ in the Gorge today.. yee haw.

Al kite ah Allen is leading his brethren in a pilgramage this Thursday, we'll be there for two weeks bring your small kites

Bring you thickest wetsuit, booties, gloves, hood, and anything else ya got if you plan on doing any kiting in the ocean/Pacific. The ocean experiences alot of upwelling in the summer months which draws cold water from the ocean floor to the surface. 50 something degrees is what your looking at, but the wave action is to die for.

Haven't been on anything more than a shorty since I got here.
but then I'm still in the corridor not the coast. Is it possible to get too many days of 25, 30 + kts days in a row??? Help!!!
