Pretty much all kites do that when they land on their trailing edge. Fortunately it only happens if you back stall it into the water (like in real light wind for example). A few hard tugs on the center lines and it's back in the air.

I was asking that because I missed the demo day when I was in Europe last summer :-( Yea the distributor (bayareakitesurf) is located in the San Fransisco Area. The delta shape looks pretty interesting and the feel is suppose to be between the flat kite and the C, right ? I'd like to demo it with some Floridian wind... |
