HEADS UP:

There is another strong cold front squall line sweeping down Florida now. It spiked a 60 mph gust in Brooksville above Tampa within the hour. It is hitting Tampa Bay now, get the kites out of the air and secured. From the hazard forecasts it looks like this one will be heading across South Florida. So check out radar, real time winds upweather, hazard advisories and conditions at the beach. You need to do this routinely as alerts like this often won't come from me. Don't have a kite up anywhere around squalls. They can move very fast over a mile a minute so early correct reaction is key.
