Tampa bay area will get thermal seabreezes in the afternoons from 2-6pm about 15 kts from the west until around July when the skies will open up
with rain which will kill the wind except for quick 20-40 knot pre-storm winds which are gusty and accompanied by lightning at ANY time of day. This persists until about November when it dries out. In the meantime you can have Tropical Storms, Depressions or Hurricanes at any time.........
